The accountancy profession in 2016 is very different to what it was half a decade ago.  Along with changing technologies and trends, your client’s expectations have also changed and will continue to do so.  To ensure you are not left behind, QXAS’ Martin Glick, will be speaking about ‘Positioning your firm as a problem solver’ at the BWMSCA in Warwick.

Wednesday 13 April – Building an outsourcing practice

Martin’s talk for accountants will focus on how to break from the mould of a traditional accountancy practice and offer more than tax and compliance to future-proof your practice.

  • Uncover needs and fill them. A key to practice development
  • From an accountant to a problem solver. How to make the critical change
  • Managing strategic partners

Martin will discuss matters such as expanding service offerings to strengthen your relationship with your clients, finding new clients and practice development.  After the presentation, there will be an open Q&A session, and an opportunity to chat with fellow accountants.

Event details:

Venue: Ardencote Manor Hotel, Lye Green Road, Claverdon, Warwick CV35 8LT
