Here are some frequently asked questions about the QXAS Mobile app for iOS and Android. Remember this app is for our current clients only. If you have a question that isn’t answered here, please feel free to contact our sales team - they’ll be happy to help!

To use the iOS app you need to be a client and have:

an existing QXAS account
an iPhone (minimum model of iPhone 4) that runs iOS 7

To use the Android app you need to be a client and have:

an existing QXAS account
a handset running the KitKat (4.4) version of the Android operating system, or newer

You can download the IOS app from iTunes or Apple’s App Store and the Android app from Google Play. Both apps are free to download and use.

No, you will get new login credentials for the mobile apps. These can be requested by clicking here. Please reset the account password on the app when you log-in for the first time.

We’ll be releasing more features over the coming months, but at the moment both apps allow you to:

Log-in with a unique username and password (request by email).
Track progress of jobs
Raise queries

No, you need to be connected to the internet to use the QXAS Mobile app for iOS or Android.

Absolutely! You can always call 0845 838 2452 or email the team. We are still working on a way for you to raise a ticket from the phone itself.

Yes. For now, the FTP desktop access of QXAS has a more complete overview of your account and allows you to add and remove jobs. The iOS and Android apps, on the other hand, currently allows you to keep track of all your tasks and see what your team in India is working on.

You can also use the app's simple and easy dashboard to see the progress of jobs through key stages. We are working on adding new functionality in the coming months.
