In the event of power cuts and inclement weather in either the UK or India, QXAS has the technical ability to switch processing to its designated site in the UK or to our second office in Baroda, India.
All sites contain telecommunications equipment, secure computer installations, necessary office equipment and to ensure that the designated sites are fully functional, we hold regular drills which include moving processing work from office to office. In the case of a disaster affecting the main business premises, we have the capacity to transfer processing within 4 hours.
Our policies also cover areas of consideration such as the absence of any key personnel. It is a company requirement for there to always be someone within the management structure to cover absences at a senior and managerial level. When covering long-term planned absence, staff is recruited externally to cover the accounting personnel. Where there is necessity to cover short-term absence, we have the ability to transfer fully-trained staff from other accounting projects.
For operational continuity, a full-time recruitment team is dedicated to search for skilled and experienced personnel. There are approximately 40,000+ individuals graduating every year in Ahmedabad where our operations centres are located. Tie-ups with recruitment consultants across the country including metropolitan cities like Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai to ensure availability of a wide pool of candidates.
