Migration process

Project evaluation

Agree TOM (Target Operating Model)

Working in conjunction with your practice, the data gathered during the evaluation stage is used to determine an appropriate Day 1 operating model.

Integration plan

Ensure evaluation process and TOM is fully documented and mutually agreed.
Execute plans - assign staff, install appropriate technology, prepare training materials, train new recruits, etc.

Transfer and transition

Move to operational running in ‘pilot’ mode.
Initiate process monitoring and dashboards.
Communicate with stakeholders all the time.
